Experience:

This pink-colored rosé sparkles with its fresh berry aromas and a juicy, dry finish.

Elegantly with:

grilled vegetables and mediterranean cuisine.
Drinking temperature: 7 - 9 °C


Vine yard:

The vineyards are situated in the Baden-Baden wine area. The soils consists of weathered sandstone and granite.

Vinification:

Gentle transport of the grapes and whole-cluster pressing. Followed by cold settling for about 12 hours and temperature-controlled fermentation at temperatures below 16 °C.
