Shimmering dewdrops on ripe grapes on an early autumn morning as the rising mist settles on the cool vines.

Experience:

Delicate melon, pear, and apple on the nose. Very juicy on the palate with expressive length.

Elegantly with:

Salads, white asparagus, fish with vegetables or it can be enjoyed on its own.

Vine yard:

The vineyards are situated in the Baden-Baden wine country in the villages of Varnhalt and Neuweier. The terroir consists of residual granite soil with clay and schist deposits.

Analyses:

Alcohol: 12,5 %, Residual Sugar: 4,3 g/l, Total Acidity: 6,9 g/l.

Vinification:

After selective manual harvesting of the grapes, they were gently pressed. The musts were pre-clarified by sedimentation at low temperatures.
