Right of cancellation
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You may cancel your contractual declaration within two weeks without stating reasons in text form (e.g., letter, fax, email) or by returning the merchandise – in case you received the good (s) before the expiry of the deadline. The deadline shall commence following receipt of this notification in writing, but not prior to receipt of the goods (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) by the recipient and not before fulfillment of our information obligations under Article 246 Section 2 in conjunction with Section 1 (1) and (2) of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code as well as our obligations according to Section 312e (1) Sentence 1 of the German Civil Code in connection with Article 246 Section 3 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the merchandise shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the revocation term.
