Experience:

Powerful, concentrated Pinot Noir from old vines. Impressive palate with spicy and berry-like notes and a long and dry finish.

Vine yard:

The vineyards are situated in the village of Bühlertal, which is very well known for its red wines. The terroir consists of lighter residual granite soil with a steep south/south-west slopes.

Yield:

45 hl/ha; Sugar content at harvest 96 °Oe.

Vinification:

Selectively hand-picked grapes were gently destemmed. A traditional fermentation on the skins was conducted for 30 days followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation of the wine for 12-monthes in
