Precisely structured nose, purist cool Pinot type with a touch of graphite, subtle spicy oak and beguiling cherry fruit. Slightly spicy on the palate, with a catchy tannin length and animating finesse

Elegantly with:

German „Sauerbraten“, braised beef cheeks and fine cheese.
Drinking temperature: 17 - 19 °C

The vineyard is located directly below the NÄGELSFÖRST Estate on a steep southern slope.
