Vine yard:

The vineyards are situated in the Baden-Baden wine country in the villages of Varnhalt and Neuweier. The terroir consists of residual granite soil with clay and schist deposits.


42 hl/ha; Sugar content at harvest 80 °Oe. 36 months on the yeast.


Alcohol 12,0 % by vol.; Residual sugar 3,1 g/l; Total Acidity 5,1 g/l.


Selectively hand-picked and whole cluster pressed. Followed by cold sedimentation and temperature-controlled fermentation. This Crémant was traditionally vinified and matured for 36 months on the yeas
