The vineyards are situated in the Baden-Baden wine area. The soils consists of weathered sandstone and granite.

75 hl/ha; Sugar content at harvest 90 °Oe.

Alcohol 12,5 % by vol.; Residual sugar 3,2 g/l; Total Acidity 6,8 g/l.

Vinification:

Gentle transport of the grapes and whole-cluster pressing. Followed by cold settling for about 12 hours and temperature-controlled fermentation at temperatures below 16 °C.
