Experience:

Delicate red berry bouquet with hints of cedarwood. Elegant with a balanced but powerful tannin structure. Fresh and long on the palate.

dark meats, steaks grilled rare and medium-rare - and a relaxing evening by the fireplace, of course.
Drinking temperature: 18 - 20 °C

The special vineyard plots are located in the best locations in the immediate vicinity of NÄGELSFÖRST, in Baden-Baden‘s vineyards.

Yield:

45 hl/ha; Sugar content at harvest 103 °Oe.

Alcohol 13,0 % by vol.; Residual sugar 0,6 g/l; Total Acidity 5,6 g/l.

Vinification:

After a selective hand-picking, the grapes were separated from the stalk. This was followed by a 30-day traditional fermentation and malolactic fermentation and a 23-month maturation in a dosed mixtur
